Hi, my name is Julie. I am the owner and cosmetic tattoo artist at Eternal Beauty by Julie. I have always been obsessed with beauty and cosmetics. Initially, I attended university to get my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. After completing my degree and working almost 8 years in the emergency department I was left feeling like there was still something that I needed to do in life which inspired me to explore the permanent makeup industry. My husband and children encouraged and supported my dreams of exploring cosmetic tattooing. After researching and enrolling in permanent makeup training, I realized I had found my passion in life. BROW BAR

Cosmetic tattooing is a great solution for those who spend hours penciling in their eyebrows every day. Microblading provides pople with freedom of having to worry about smudging or rubbing off their eyebrows.

MICROBLADING

Microblading is a technique used to create the illusion of small natural looking hair like strokes within the eyebrows. A small handheld tool with multiple tiny needles is used to create the small hair stokes while depositing a semi-permanent pigment into the skin. Microblading offers more of a natural look. Microblading deposits pigment into the upper region of the dermis. Microblading does fade more rapidly than traditional tattooing techniques as traditional tattooing deposits pigment deeper into the skin. Procedure duration is approximately 2-3 hours. A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable and will get deducted from the total owing on the day of your appointment.

OMBRE BROWS

Ombre Brows are created using a permanent makeup machine (PMU machine). PMU machines are similar to tattoo machines as they deliver tiny little dots into the upper dermis of the skin creating a pixilated look. PMU machines deposit colour by layering the pigment gradually until the desired shade is achieved. Ombre brows work well with all skin types. Clients with oily or mature skin benefit most from this technique as it will lasts longer than miroblading. This technique can be delivered to look either soft and natural or dense and bold depending on the individual’s preferences. Procedure duration is approximately 3 hours. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your total owing on the day of your appointment.

POWDER BROWS

Powder Brows are similar to that of an ombre brow without the soft fading effect at the head of the brow. Powder brows have a uniform look from the tail to the head of the brow, Powder brows are also created using a PMU machine to deliver tiny little dots into the upper dermis of the skin to create that pixilated effect. PMU machines deposit colour by layering the pigment gradually until achieving the desired shade soft powdered effect. Powder brows work well with all skin types. Clients with oily or mature skin benefit most from this technique as it will last longer for then than miroblading. This technique can be delivered to look soft and natural or dense and bold depending on the individual’s preferences. Procedure duration is approximately 3 hours. COMBO BROWS

The combo Brow is created using both the microblading technique and PMU machine. This combined method is one of the most popular methods as it and is great for those who like the hair like strokes and the powdered effect. This look is very natural looking and is a good option for those with oily, dry, normal, and combination skin. This technique is more effective for those with oily or porous skin as the powdered brow technique helps to preserve the hair like strokes. Procedure duration is approximately 2.5-3 hours. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your total owing on the day of your appointment.

Eyebrow lamination

Eyebrow lamination is essentially the same as a perm without the curl. The same chemicals are used-a lifting cream, neutralizing cream and a nourishing oil. The lifting cream allows the hairs to relax and straighten. The neutralizing cream helps to close the hair shaft. Eyebrow lamination can last anywere from 4-6 weeks. This service includes brow shaping and tinting.

Eyebrow Tinting

Eyebrow tinting is a technique used to enhance the eyebrows using a semi-permanent pigment. Eyebrow tinting improves the brow’s appearance by darkening the hairs as well as the skin under the brow. The brow is formulated to match the natural eyebrow color. Eyebrow tinting helps the eyebrows look thicker, younger and more shapely.

LIP BLUSHING

Lip blushing uses a similar technique to that of ombre brow, powder brows, etc. Lip blushing involves the use of a semi-permanent pigment that is tattooed onto the lips. The technique provides a more fuller, defined look. Lip blushing does not change the shape or feel of the lips. Lip blushing leaves you with a soft, tinted color that ultimately enhances the symmetry of the lips leaving you with the illusion of bigger, fuller lips.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

Classic

Classic eyelash extensions is often the choice for those looking for a more natural look. Classic lashes are subtle while still providing length and thickness. Classic lashes are applied using a 1:1 technique- 1 lash extension glued to one natural lash. This method is suitable for clients looking to lengthen their natural look without too much drama.

VOLUME

volume eyelash extensions involve the use of multiple fine lashes glued to one lash. The ratio for this technique involves gluing 2 to 8 lashes to one natural lash. This technique allows fora more voluminous and full look. Volume lashes are fairly popular as they provide a more thicker fuller look to that of the classic lash extension.

Hybrid

Hybris eyelash extensions provide the best of both worlds. This technique uses both the classic lash and the volume lash. These lashes are applied by alternating one classic lash to one natural lash then one volume lash to one natural lash and so on. This technique allows for a more wispy, textured look.

COLOUR CORRECTION

Colour correction is used when the colour of an individual’s eyebrow have shifted or changed overtime. This service helps to correct, refresh and restore the colour to a mo to re neutral and ideal colour specific to the individual. Procedure duration is approximately 3.5-4 hours depending on the length of time and amount of colour needed to correct the colour.

EMERGENCY SALINE TATTOO REMOVAL

Emergency saline tattoo removal is a service used if you just underwent a bad microblading or eyebrow tattooing job. Whether you went to a technician who did a poor job, or you just regret your tattoo all together saline removal may be able to lighten or even remove the tattoo entirely if the saline technique is initiated within 24-48 hours of getting the tattoo.

This technique is safe and very effective particularly on fresh tattoos and microblading. Saline removal can require multiple sessions depending on the depth of the tattoo. It is important to wait at least 6-8 weeks apart to allow the skin adequate time to heal between procedures.

Procedure duration is approximately 30mins-1hr. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your total owing on the day of your appointment.

SALINE TATTOO REMOVAL

Saline tattoo removal is a similar service to that of emergency saline tattoo removal. Saline is used in the permanent makeup industry as an effective way to lighten or remove unwanted pigment. A PMU machine is used to deliver the saline into the upper dermis of the s kin. The saline allows the pigment to lift creating a scab that will fall off in approximately 5-7 days.

This technique is safe and very effective particularly on fresh tattoos and microblading. Saline removal can require multiple sessions depending on the depth of the tattoo. It is important to wait at least 6-8 weeks apart to allow the skin adequate time to heal between procedures.
